Lynn Ciecierski - The Wix Doctor
The Wix Doctor was founded by Lynn Ciecierski, a full-service marketing expert, web development, and design professional.
Lynn got her start in the early days of e-commerce, when Priceline was the newest kid on the block — and blowing everyone's mind.
She has been on the front lines of B2B and B2C marketing since 2000, and received a top-notch, hands-on education in e-commerce, website development, online advertising, networking and affiliate relationships, digital and print marketing, and public relations.
As a U.S. Air Force veteran, Lynn is on a mission to empower other veterans and small business owners.

What is included in the 3-Hour Success Session?
You’ll receive three one-hour, private Success Sessions with The Wix Doctor via Zoom. Each session is customized around your website, marketing priorities, technical questions, and business goals. The first session requires you to be present for a Zoom meeting; however the remaining hours can be used for offline projects.
Do I need to use all three hours at once?
No. Your three hours may be divided into separate one-hour sessions, giving you time to apply what you learn, make progress, and return with new questions or next steps. You have up to 1 year (365 calendar days) from the date of purchase to use your time before it expires.

Is this a course or a prerecorded tutorial?
No. Every Success Session is conducted live through Zoom and tailored specifically to you. You can share your screen, ask questions, work through challenges, and receive guidance based on your actual website and business. We will record the call, so you can reference what you’ve learned later.
Will you make the website changes for me?
Success Sessions are meant to be collaborative, hands-on working sessions; however, after the first session you may choose to use your remaining hours for traditional, done-for-you website projects. The Wix Doctor will guide you through changes, demonstrate solutions, troubleshoot problems, and help you complete as much as possible during your scheduled time.
For larger projects that require extensive design or development work, we can discuss additional service options and send you a separate proposal.
What if I’m not comfortable with technology?
That’s exactly what Success Sessions are for. You don’t need advanced technical knowledge. Everything will be explained in plain language and at a pace that works for you.
How should I prepare for my first session?
Before your session, make a list of your most important questions, challenges, and goals. You should also have access to any relevant website, email marketing, social media, or business accounts we may need to review. That means: know your logins before the call.
Starting with clear priorities helps us make the best use of your time.
Can a business partner or team member attend?
Yes. Up to two business partners, employees, or contractors who are involved with your project may join your Zoom session at no additional charge.
How quickly can I schedule my first session?
After purchasing the special, you’ll receive instructions for scheduling your first appointment through The Wix Doctor’s online calendar. Available appointments are generally offered within 10 business days.
What happens if I need to reschedule?
You may reschedule according to the Success Session booking policy included with your purchase. Advance notice is required so your appointment time can be made available to another client.
What if we don’t finish everything during the three sessions?
We’ll focus first on your highest-priority goals and create a clear path forward. If you need continued support after completing your three hours, you’ll have the option to purchase additional Success Sessions or discuss a larger project.

You can book a complimentary Discovery Call to briefly discuss your goals and determine whether the 3-Hour Success Session Special is the right next step for you.
Do you have a refund policy?
The $299 3-Pack of Success Sessions is a special, limited-time offer and is nonrefundable. All sessions must be used within 365 calendar days of purchase. Clients may reschedule with at least 12 hours notice. Missed appointments and cancellations made with less than 12 hours notice will be deducted from the package. A refund will be provided only if The Wix Doctor is unable to deliver the purchased services within 365 calendar days of purchase.
