16. Waiver and Severability

No waiver by The Wix Doctor of any term or condition set forth in these Terms of Use shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such term or condition or a waiver of any other term or condition. Any failure of The Wix Doctor to assert a right or provision under these Terms of Use shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.

If any provision of these Terms of Use is held by a court or other tribunal of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, illegal or unenforceable for any reason, such provision shall be eliminated or limited to the minimum extent such that the remaining provisions of the Terms of Use will continue in full force and effect.

17. Entire Agreement

20. Cancellation Policy
Your appointments are very important to us. We understand that sometimes, unexpected delays can occur, making schedule adjustments necessary. If you need to cancel your appointment, we respectfully request at least 1 business day notice. Appointment changes or cancellations must be communicated by email, or phone message to (203) 479-0047.

Any reschedule or cancellation made without prior approval, or made in less than 23 hours prior to a scheduled Success Session, will result in a forfeit of the session.

The Client is responsible for attending scheduled calls on time. If you are late for an appointment, we will continue the session through the time allotted for the call, but we cannot guarantee that we can extend the call past the time scheduled.

Prior payment is required to hold any appointment.

In the event of a true, unavoidable emergency, all or part of your session time may be applied to a future date with written approval from The Wix Doctor.
