BOOK A DISCOVERY CALL

30 minutes.
Zero pressure.
Clear next steps.

Tell me what's going on with your website and I'll tell you — honestly — what it would take to fix. Pick a time below, and you'll leave the call knowing exactly what your next step is, whether or not we ever work together.

WHAT HAPPENS ON THE CALL

No sales script. Just a diagnosis.

STEP 1

You talk, I listen

Five minutes on what your business does and what's driving you nuts — slow site, dated design, the editor fighting you, marketing that goes nowhere.

STEP 2

I look while we talk

Pull up your site on the call and I'll diagnose it live — what's working, what's quietly costing you customers, and what's worth fixing first.

STEP 3

You leave with a path

A straight recommendation: a session pack, a done-for-you project, the Growth Lab, or sometimes just a fix you can make yourself tonight. No pitch you don't need.

HOW TO PREPARE

Bring 3 things. That's it.

You don't need a brief, a plan, or the right vocabulary. This is all it takes to make the complimentary 30 minutes with me count.

This one's a face-to-face Zoom call — camera on. I like to meet the people I might work with, and you should get to see who you'd be working with too. A link arrives the moment you pick your time.

Your website URL (or a short list of competitors and/or businesses you admire if you are just getting started).

The one thing that annoys you most about your site or marketing right now — or a problem you're trying to solve.

30 quiet minutes with your camera on. Coffee still encouraged. Team members or colleagues may join the call.

BEFORE YOU BOOK

Questions people ask first

What does it cost?

Nothing. The discovery call is free, and you're not committing to anything by booking it.

What if I don't know what I need?

That's the best reason to book. You don't need the right words — describe the problem the way you'd tell a friend, and I'll translate it into a plan.

Do we meet on Zoom?

Yes — with your camera on. I like to meet clients face to face before we work together, and I want you to meet me too. A link arrives when you pick your time.

How long is it?

Thirty minutes, usually. If we're mid-diagnosis and it's useful, it can run a little longer — I won't cut you off at the bell.

Is it recorded?

Only if you want it to be. Some clients like a recording of the walkthrough to refer back to — just ask when we book.

Can we skip the video and just talk?

For this first call, I'd rather not. Meeting face to face — even on a screen — is how I get to know you and your business. After that, follow-up calls can be whatever works best for you.

Ready when you are

Grab a time on the scheduler. The first conversation is on me.
