Cancellation Policy

Success Sessions are conducted live via Zoom and are designed for real-time consulting, strategy, training, troubleshooting, and collaborative work on your website or marketing. Zoom Requirements Clients are responsible for joining the Zoom meeting on time using a reliable internet connection and a computer capable of screen sharing when needed. Please test your Zoom access before your appointment. Rescheduling Appointments may be rescheduled up to 2 hours before the scheduled start time. Rescheduled sessions must be completed within 90 days of the original appointment date. Refunds & No-Shows Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. If you do not attend your scheduled session, arrive too late to reasonably complete the session, or fail to provide at least 2 hours' notice, the session will be considered used. No refunds or credits will be issued. Refunds are only available if The Wix Doctor is unable to attend the scheduled appointment without prior notice. In this case, you may choose to reschedule or receive a full refund. Additional Attendees You may invite additional participants to your Success Session provided they are actively involved in your business, such as a business partner, employee, or independent contractor. Please notify The Wix Doctor in advance if others will be attending. Preparation To make the most of your session, please have your questions, project materials, and any required login credentials readily available. Time spent locating information or resolving access issues is included within your scheduled appointment. By booking a Success Session, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to this booking policy.
